MyBlinds, a line of entry-level designer window coverings by Hunter Douglas, needed sample binders to showcase their products that would stand out on overcrowded home improvement store shelves. Ultravirgo Creative worked with DMD Insight to identify the needs of the target market, often people buying custom blinds for the first time, and focused the materials on educating the customer. A friendly tone and accessible language helps customers identify their specific needs and find the products that best meet their style. We simplified the broad product range into logical categories to help customers understand the wide variety of options. We also chose bright colors with fabric casing to stand out among the shelves of catalogs covered in glossy location shots.
