The UN Women Evaluation Office analyzes UN Women activities, generating lengthy reports full of actionable advice... which are rarely read. We were asked to create a more engaging publication that would broaden the audience. Transform is a newsstand-quality magazine that reports on UN Women activities and their evaluations. We created a flexible grid system to accommodate various story types while ensuring quick, efficient layout of each issue. Large imagery of programs and fieldwork from UN Women and others is featured throughout; with numerous callouts, sidebar boxes and infographics to bring depth to the stories.
