C40 Cities Finance Facility is a climate initiative that collaborates with cities to plan, finance and implement large-scale climate infrastructure projects. Part of the
C40 Cities global network of mayors from nearly 100 cities taking urgent climate action, CFF works to link city administration to financing and expertise, ensuring financial readiness for climate infrastructure projects. In 10 years, CFF has mobilized more than €1 billion in climate financing, supporting projects like electrifying a bus fleet in Jakarta, Indonesia and rehabilitating river ecosystems in Durban, South Africa.
