KFT Capital invests in and develops real estate across the United States. They needed a brand to highlight their experience in the field, and most crucially, online software to put key financial and property data at their fingertips. Ultravirgo started with a clean and modern identity, with a logo derived from the K in their name and four points to symbolize the four main partners in the company. We created business cards with the new logo, using clear foil stamping and extra thick stock to highlight the premium feel of the company. We then developed robust custom-built online software that tracks all aspects of KFT’s holdings – including property data, financial valuations, cash flow, and related documents. Accessed online, it allows their employees easy access to the data from anywhere, including mobile devices.
